Manufacturing Process

Wax injection : In this process with the help of die(tool) , wax pattern is produced by high pressure wax machine(press).

Wax assembly : After production of wax pattern from single cavity or multiple cavity are assemble in this process. In detail, in this process gate, pouring cup, runner, riser are assemble using hot plate as per technical parameters.

Shell manufacturing: The ceramic shell, known as the investment, is produced by repeating a series of steps—coating, stuccoing, and hardening—until a desired thickness is achieved. Coating involves dipping a pattern cluster into a slurry of fine refractory material and then draining to create a uniform surface coating.

Dewaxing : Once ceramic shell is fully cured. Ceramic shell is heated by Autoclave to melt out or vaporize the wax.

Burnout or preheating: After dewaxing ceramic shell is then subjected to a burnout, which heats the ceramic shell to between 950 °C and 1100 °C depending upon size and geometry of ceramic shell to remove any moisture and residual wax.

Pouring : : Induction furnace is used to melt alloy. As per required composition of metals alloy is being made. After achieving melting point of alloy these is being poured in ceramic shell.

Finishing: After solidification of ceramic shell. This shell is removed by hammering. After that all cast part is removed from assembled tree using cutting method. After passing from various process of fettling final investment casting is being subjected to dispatch.
